For internet explorer:

Click on the screen resolution of your choice.
Right click the background image
Choose "Set as background"

For Firefox:
Click on the screen resolution of your choice.
Right click the background image
Choose "Set as wallpaper..."
Click "Set Wallpaper"

Install Instructions for Windows Screen Saver:

Click the DOWNLOAD button for the screensaver.
When prompted, choose "Run" on the popup window.
When the installer window opens, click Next 2 times.
When the Display Properties window opens, click OK
